I first met Kelly in 2022 I believe. Like McGriddle, Kelly came from a shelter that Abbi worked at. When she first got to the house we set her up in a barn stall because she was going to be a barn cat. She took her time getting used to the area. After a while she finally enjoyed being around us and was a very sweet cat. We are super lucky to have her around still. One time she went messing for a couple days and we feared the worst. One day Abbi went out to the garage to grab a drink and saw Manni checking an area out a little ways from the house. Abbi followed Manni and there was Kelly stuck in a trap that a neighbor's son had placed for groundhogs but the bastard didn't check the trap. After getting Kelly out of the trap (which was never returned to the neighbor) she was back. After this we decided to get her a tracker so we wouldn't lose her again. She now spends her time bullying Notorious in the garage and exploring. Not so fun fact: Kelly is unfortunately declawed which angers me so much. If you declaw your cats I hope someone cuts your fingers off!
