I First met Katie Ann in 2022 while first voluntering at a shelter. Katie was there and had been there for a little bit because she had some ear issues. She is one of the sweetest cats I've ever met and I mean that. She loved beind held and always wanted some pets. She would climb up into your chest and rub her face into you and just loved it. After getting fostered for a little bit it was a long time before I saw Katie again. When I saw her again she was back at the shelter after getting surgery on her ear which unfortunately had to be amputed. For some reason when closing her ear up the surgeons tried re-attaching her ear but it looked terribly and the stitches became a little loose after she tried rubbing up on everything. Thankfully the ear was fully removed later on. I have no idea where Ms Katie Ann is now but I am 100% sure she's living her best life being sweet.
