I first met the dumspter kitties around 2024. There's a couple dumpsters at my work and while taking out trash I saw one sitting at a nearby shed eating some food set out for them. I had seen cats around my work but I kept seeing them more frequently whenever I took some trash to the dumpsters therefore I named them the "dumpster cats". Most of them are too scared to let me get close. I got close to one of the black cats in the pictures but of course its loud around my work so they usually still get startled and run away. On one rare occastion this dilute tabby who I had never seen before was just chilling waiting his turn for some food. I thought to see if he was friendly and to my surprise He actually let me pet him and he loved it. After that day I have yet to see him again. He's most likely getting food from a different area which I hope is the case.
